Back home, and just left with lovely memories of our long weekend in Manchester. We so enjoyed it, and of course the reason was we had the security and comfort of 129, Didsbury. It would ‘ve been fun to come to just on its own, as it’s full of clever careful details and very warm. However in the villagey setting of Didsbury, and with the very smooth tram service, it was perfect for jumping off into the different aspects of Manchester. There is such a lot to see and we will be back. I should say that the kindness and friendliness of everyone, including you, was the thing I’ll remember most.
